I was told over the phone that even though bank statements only generate once a month, I could go into a branch and get a current statement which I need for my mortgage loan. I explained that to the teller and she said she could not get me a statement but she could print out my recent account history (something that I could’ve done myself online at home). Fine. I told her to print my recent transactions for my savings and was given a recent transactions for my checking. Not at all what I needed. On top of that I waited for over an hour and cannot go back in because the bank is closed. This is horrible customer service. Not a happy customer at all.

Horrible tellers. Just came in to exchange $8 dollars into bills on 4-22-21 at 3:30. The girl made me put in the change in rolls. When completed she began giving me attitude. She grabbed 4 quarters from the rolls and places it with her change. Then she starts counting in front of me and says that I have $7. I asked her about the $1 dollar and she asks "what dollar, this is all the change u gave me" as her co worker who was with her sitting down laughs right next to her. The problem isn't the money, the problem is the principle. If wells fargo employees steal $1 from customers then they must steal thousands if not millions from the rest of their customers. It's best that wells fargo changes their training in order to prevent another scandal

They do a good job social distancing. Only let in a few customers at a time. Keep doors wide open to air out. Very friendly, polite & effective. There is a customer service representative making sure that every customers needs are met approaching everyone in line and ensuring that only the ones that really need to go inside do. It saves everyone time.
