I called their customer service line and left a message with my number. The representative who called back was so disrespectful and rude. When I asked if she was a representative from the LADWP when I first answered the call, she answered, "DID YOU CALL OUR NUMBER?" She wouldn't answer my questions and interrupted everything I said with extremely condescending questions of her own. I thanked her at the end of the call and she just hung up on me.This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

THE WORST!!! Month 5 and still have not received my deposit check from my last apartment. 1- They sent first one to wrong address they then tell me I have to wait 30 days before they send another. 2- they have sent 4 closing bill statements (0 balance) with no check in them to the new address so I know they finally got the address right. 3- I call and go through the automation again.20 plus min hold times Talk to a supervisor who at the end of me telling her the situation for the 3rd time then says this is just a call center I need to transfer you. W...T...F?

Ana really gave me a poor service. She didn’t want to start my new contract. I showed her my house lease contract and she said that wasn’t it. I had came 2 days prior before without this agreement and gentlemen was more than likely to help me. Now that I come with it she denies the service. Now I’m going to be without light for almost a week! I’m going back and speaking with a manager!
