JP fixed a cosmetic issue with my old MacBook Air. My bottom outer case was dented on the corner and I put off fixing it for years because everywhere I shopped at quoted me well above the value of the computer. I had already purchased a replacement part and JP was happy to work with my 3rd party equipment. He did the swap quickly and very affordably! Highly recommend. :)

JP works wonders! His office is incredibly clean, professional, and provides a welcoming space for people who are not knowledgeable with modern day technology. Without JP, I could've been price gouged and taken advantage of trying to fix my phone but he provided reasonable prices (especially for someone in dire need) and detailed information so that I was fully aware of what I needed to fix. He also made himself flexible and accessible so I never had to worry about him not being available when I needed extra information. Thank you so much!!
