Nice place to dry camp for $9/nite, with your America The Beautiful pass. We had some mosquitoes in the area. It’s only a short drive over to Whittier from here.

Its a campground. We drove around and found a spot. Cooked dinner then decided we didn't want to stay there. There was no good view. Not sure why you would pay $ to stay somewhere without a view. Especially when in a fully self sufficient RV. Went down the road a little ways and found a much better spot with a great view. Had a picnic table and fire pit.

Beautiful campground with very private sites separated by tall trees, surrounded by mountains with glaciers visible. We couldn’t reserve a site online due to the campground being fully booked but showed up any way. The extremely friendly female camp host pointed out the available spots, recommended suitable sites for our large RV, and gave pointers on hikes in the area. No RV hookup. No dumping station. Water via hand pump. Bear territory.

There are places to fish all around. If you go to the fish viewing area at Williwaw and take the trail that leads under the road it leads to multiple lakes (5-10 minute walk). There are also stocked lakes down the road at Moose Flats (day use only) and an unmarked area with two lakes on the other side of the road from Moose Flats.

There are showers and restrooms?

We are traveling May 27 in 2019. We are disappointed we are missing the season by a few days. Is boondocking allowed in off season?

You can find many places in Alaska to dry camp prior to the season. We loved Williwaw. Very nice big sites. Lots of trees.

Hi, I'd like to know how much is the rental per day for RV park? Do you provide toilets, charging stations for the RV? What are the facilities available please? Plan to travel on the 8/4/18.

$18 for a single sight or $28 for a double per day. There are nice clean outhouses throughout the campground. No electricity or dump area, quiet time after 10 PM so you shouldn't run your generator. We love the campground and go several times every summer.
