Most items are easy to locate. I loved that they carried Craftsman tools but they are phasing them out - bummer. I like the fact that they have actual cashiers for checkout. Looks like they have some self checkout areas. I personally don't like that but maybe some people can actually work them better than I. Store was clean.

I love lowes. I go here when I'm bored and make excuses to buy things I don't need. I have spent more money than I want to think about over the years trying to buy my happiness here and at Home Depot. It doesn't work but feels nice at the moment... They always have random things on sale, and that's how I justify my shopping addiction to myself. They save your military discount on your MyLowes account, so that's pretty cool. I also love that it keeps all your purchases on the Lowes app to look at when I'm in a weird mood and remember how good it felt right before I swiped my credit card.

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had while attempting to return an item I bought a week ago, unused, and even had the receipt for. Absolutely unwarranted and a complete turn off to shopping there in the future. Thumbs down all around.

Thank you Lowe’s for allowing us to bring the puppy by for service dog training. Lowe’s locations across the country welcome puppies looking for places to visit for educational outings. It was also great to soak in some rays in the Garden Center, -15 outside but all tropics inside! Speaking of cold, the forecast has us getting snow tomorrow and going even lower next week Alaska. Lowe’s has competitive prices on snowblowers and heaters and helpful staff if you need assistance making a choice.
