The staff is always warm, friendly, and welcoming. The shop is always clean and has a nice atmosphere. I have a cowlick that's hard to stylists to deal with without making me look like Alfalfa from the Little Rascals. Jiwon handles it extremely well. She's very meticulous and has a great eye for details. She takes her time, but not too much time.

I needed a last minute all over single color and baby trim and got almost 2 inches off. Super friendly staff but did not get what I asked for their high end salon quality prices. After the color and cut I can still see the discoloration of my roots and original hair which was the main reason I came in.
