Dairy Queen has got a pretty good franchising system down pat, with consistent quality standards that are fully met. I've eaten here twice during travel between St George and Salt Lake, and have never been disappointed by the quality of the food or promptness of the service.

I am amazed at how great the staff handled a situation at hand. Today when coming in we learned a car struck the building, even with the building being struck they handled everything in a orderly manner. Not only were the staff handling everything beautifully, we had fresh food and didn’t have a long wait even with them having a line in the lobby and drive thru. Truly impressed with the staff and they delivered hot and fresh food under a chaotic situation.

Edit: btw before you go, know onion rings take around 6 minutes to cook. Crispy chicken/fish is also around that so plan for it. Staff is always amazing despite some of them being stressed. They try their best no matter how many people order, and yes food takes time sometimes but they do their best to make up for it. The lobby and drive people are usually super apologetic and ready to help. My favorite people are usually the blonde girl, red head, and black haired guy.
