This place would be my go to, as everything on their menu is freakin' delicious. I went yesterday and was their only customer in the drive through. I sat there for over 30 minutes before they made my food. This happens 95% of the time. This isn't fast food in spite of having a drive through.

I was in line to get an order. There were 2 people together in front of me when I one of the workers came to the register area and complained to another coworker that she couldn't get something done because we came in and she was just so tired. I decided if someone was going to complain about being there right in front of us, I would take my business elsewhere. I don't think I will be going back

They make delicious sandwiches, but the service here is truly terrible. I literally just waited 27 minutes in the drive through today before I left. You can't make someone wait in your drive through for almost a half hour after taking their order. At the very least you need to tell them there is an extended wait time! To add context, there was ONE car in front of me. When I left they still had not received their order. And i had to back out, remove an orange cone someone had placed behind me (so obviously something war wrong inside, but no one bothered to let me know). Note, today was particularly bad, but this is not the first time I've had excessive wait times in their drive through of 15 to 20 minutes or more. I love their sandwiches enough I've been willing to risk the hit and miss service from time to time. But, it's been bad enough lately, they're losing me. Note, I had an engagement I had to get to, so I could not just keep waiting. I didn't leave just because I was frustrated. Fortunately no one else was behind me so I even had the ability to leave.

The service is very inconsistent. Sometimes I get a really good sandwich, and the workers are great, and other times my sandwich is poorly made and often not even what I ordered. I really like the food when it’s done correctly, I hope that they can get it together.
