Tried vegan ramen at this place and it wasn't upto the mark. The impossible meat in the vegan ramen was sweet and it has spoiled the entire taste. The broth is decent but the noodles were so thick that it dint add any taste to the ramen. Too many vegetables has spoiled the texture of it. This review is only meant for vegan/vegetarian ramen. I'm hoping that the chicken ramen and spicy tonkotsu ramen would be good, but if you are a vegetarian and looking for vegan ramen, then this is not the place to visit. Taste- 2.5/5 Ambience-3.5/5

This place ( Sugar House) had better taste than the one in Murray, even though they were the same chain or chefs might be having a bad day. The atmosphere was warm inviting and modern design, completely different than the one in Murray, more bright more spaces. The music was loud blasting to my ear, should have had traditional Japanese music instead American Pop music, I was here to enjoy my food, not hurry eat and go. The service was spotty, server dropped off food and never came back once to check our refill but as long the foods were good then no complaints. The Takoyaki ( deep fried octopus balls) was so delicious, crispy outside steamy hot inside topped with mayo, the thin bonito flakes melt in my mouth. The spicy tonkotsu broth was very rich, but greasy and flavorful. The smoked chashu was tender, melted in my mouth. The shrimp wonton ramen was the first try I never had, strange to have Chinese wonton in Japanese cuisine but they were good. So enjoy the Chinese wonton with Japanese twist using Japanese flavor. Overall, food was extremely excellent, flavorful broth, if you don't mind greasy stuffs on top the broth.

We had spicy chicken ramen which was the highlight of our course. And beyond gyoza and karate chicken which were fine. Ambience is good and great service

Most jinya locations are pretty consistent on flavor and quality. This one did not disappoint. The food was all fresh and flavorful. It did take a bit longer than other locations we have been to to get our food. The server was friendly and everything seemed clean. The only thing that was not great was the price. They are a bit higher than most other ramen places we have been to throughout the country. We spent roughly about $55 for 2 adult ramens, 1 kids meal, 2 pork buns, and we all drank water.

Correct, they have enforced it perfectly. Only take outs available. Mask MUST be in use while picking up. They also clean up the table after you pick up and clean pen you might have use to sign. They are great at it.
