The new shop is really nice and has a lot more space. Rose at Royalty R has always helped me keep my timepieces in tip top shape. She knows how to repair crystals and make other repairs. She is conscientious so I know that when I get it back it will be fixed right. And she doesn't charge a crazy price, her pricing is fair. She has a nice selection of other jewelry there too. Rose takes good care of her customers.

Not from here but stopped by to get an ankle bracelet and walked out with way more than expected!! Service was great, quick, and easy. I feel like a lot of jewelers just want to sell you anything but not Rose, she listened and stayed focus on what I wanted! But of course everything in the store was so nice that I had to get more! also keep in mind Rose, the owner, buys and sells gold! It was great! Highly suggest!
