This place does not follow the COVID-19 rules what so ever but I am not even going to get into that. There are 3 workers here one stepped outside as I got seated. One lady eating away at seeds (LOUD) watching asian soap opera (LOUD) and then the lady doing my dip powder (I was up-sold by the lady eating seeds, I only wanted Gel) but the girl doing my nails wasn't so pleasant. She was rude and not happy kept getting upset with me when dipping my fingers into this powder asking me "have you ever had your nails done before? Do you know how to stay still?" How rude. My dip powder didn't even look good it was thick I should have stuck with my regular Gels, I had to go to another shop to have it removed and redone. I WILL NEVER COME BACK. There are way better shops in Carmel, never again!
