Dan was unavailable the first day I came in, so I came back. He special ordered my stuff and the next day changed everything. In the 2 hours I was here, he changed almost 12 vehicles oil 😮 while working on my truck at the same time. Phenomenal workmanship and I really appreciate the knowledge and years put to use here at this jiffy lube. Whatever he makes isn't enough! Give him a raise! Thank you also to the manager that understood a long road trip was in store for us and we needed to be all safe. Thank you butler jiffy lube for getting us Westbound and down!

They left oil all over the drive shaft smelled burning oil all the way home. Oil level was 1/4 quart short. Speed should not out weigh quality.

Went for a transmission oil change approximately two weeks prior to today. Rep discussed what is done for this to happen and said it would be $110.00 for the service. He said he couldn’t do that day because of a cleaner that is used and it was back ordered. Went in today and still no cleaner and said to check back. Discuss I had was all the fluid replaced and he then asked if I had a filler tube with a dipstick. Car is a 2015 and it does not. I can’t change it and if I could the price is now $190.00 What a train wreck this operation is
