The employees are always friendly and helpful here and they always have what I'm looking for. I bought a laptop here and I was having a technical issue with it and my warranty had been expired by one day but they covered it for me anyway since it was so soon after. Their prices may be a little high and their checkout lines a little slow but overall I'm very pleased.

Staples had my computer for over a month. They was to install a video card. They said card did not work that I had to buy a new power supply. So I did. Video card still didn't work. They said I needed a different video card so I purchased a different one. That still did not work. They told me they have no clue why it doesn't work. So I told them return the video card and just give me my computer back. That's when they informed me that the power supply I purchased two weeks ago doesn't connect up to the CD player. I told them put the old supply back In. Two days later i picked up my computer. I did try to buy a USB to hdmi adapter. The associate at the register did not know how to check my out. The manager he came over told me to go to the other register. So I did the same cashier followed me we tried to cash me out again. She told me that my card wasn't working and if I had a other form of payment. The card has a 35k limit. I told them never mind and left the store furious. I then get to my vehicle and the credit card company sends me a statement of purchase at staples. I go back inside and show them the credit card statement. Needless to say I returned the item and informed them I will NEVER go to staples again.

We were here years ago looking for some ink. After we finally located the proper brand and product, a worker came over and asked if we needed help with anything. We replied, "no, we just found it." He then replied, in a nasty, snide tone, "glad I could be of help." We have never returned to Staples since. Prices are outrageous, store is a ghost town. Looking forward to the liquidation sale!

Did you go in and tell them? They always try their best to fix errors. Since it’s been a year, I’m not sure if you could for that project but for future references, just keep that in mind.
You can print from a USB drive. Just ask for help at the print desk.
