I was looking for a bicycle and wanted to go to a store so I could find the best fit for me. I am 5 feet tall so I need a short frame and it is hard to order online. I had been calling around and every store was out of bikes due to the demand caused by covid 19. The woman who answered, Andy, took the time to listen to my needs, waited on the phone while I measured my inseam and had a man's bike she thought might work. Due to the demand, she couldn't hold it for me but took my number and offered to call me as I was driving there if someone else got there before me and wanted it. The bike was still there but didn't work for my height so she brought out a different style which was a step through and I loved the features it had. She was able to pre-order one like it for me, which other shops wouldn't do, and fitted me for a helmet so I would have one when my bike arrived since helmets are also selling out. Overall, it was an awesome experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable of their bikes and equipment. Great customer service, as well. I'm so pleased that I called them today and can't wait to get my new bike!
