I am 70 years old and have purchased many cars and visited hundreds of dealership in my lifetime, in the search of owning a new vehicle. After, my conservation with Christine Sepich, the manager, I knew Troy-Alan was different. She was knowledgeable, informative, pleasant and sincerely seemed to be interested in helping me, not just sell me a car. Christine, assigned Angela Krejocic to work with us, she followed up with emails and phone calls keeping me updated on vehicle information and updates on pricing and availability. After communicating with Angela it was clear Angela was also extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and sincerely interested in helping us, not just selling us a car. Upon coming to the dealership to test drive a 2022 Buick Enclave Avenir, we meet worked Angela and meet Christine. They were both even nicer in person and made the purchasing process pleasant and in fact enjoyable. I would strongly recommend you speak with Christine Sepich to put together a training sessions for all your dealerships, she clearly is special. Nancy and I were very pleased with the exceptional service and friendly atmosphere of all personnel. Bill Petras was the type of salesman every company should have. Bill and Angela were very steadfast and determined to figure out the government website concerning my military service. Melcia was right on top of all the finance papers needed. Even on the first day in the showroom, Krista was eager to make a personal phone call for me. Others we talked to, but didn't get names, were very friendly and it showed, that they enjoyed their work. We will end by saying that Christine, the manager, made it a point to greet us, talk to us, and asked us "are you excited?" Again, we think Bill Petras is just the nicest and best salesperson ever!.
