i have had the need to go into the Santee Post Office many times in the last months, so times the lines where long and so times short. The staff was always pleasant helpful and happy. The long lines moved very fast also. Thank you so much Santee made my job much easier.

Honestly, never a good experience when I come here. The line is nothing to complain about until you wait there and finally get to the counter only to be greeted by an unfriendly face. The customer service is awful, there is one lady in all my years of coming here that provides excellent customer service however I can’t remember her name. Also they lost my package and haven’t gotten back to me? It’s been two days, I’m usually patient but how do you not contact someone the second the carrier comes back. I didn’t even show up the same day to claim my package I came the next day obviously so the carrier had time to drop the package off for claim. Yet still no call 2 days later??? Oh yeah and there is this one lady, she has a big attitude. I politely came to the counter and she told me “can you stand in line” with the biggest attitude when I was already in the line and came forward because it was my turn. I almost died laughing at that, because she calmed down after I told her I was already in line. If you aren’t enjoying your job please for the love of god dont go ruin other peoples day in the process, I dread coming to this place because of the constant awful service. That attitude and the fact my package is missing and there is absolutely no communication to ease the concern.
