I joined their subscription service, but canceled after a few months. There's a large turnover of therapists, lots of canceling on the day your service is scheduled, lots of excuses why they can't meet their obligations. But no lee-way towards the customer not being able to reschedule. The services I received were fine, but the scheduling was far too complicated and disappointing.

My boyfriend and I scheduled a couples massage for our anniversary and hadJessica and Hannah, who were both phenomenal! I did the swedish massage and he did the deep tissue. We both left feeling refreshed and AMAZING! Will definitely be back! Customer service and facility were all great!

I have been a customer for a couple years. I signed up for the membership which carries a recurring charge. During 2020 I wasn’t able to go every month given the pandemic, but was charged every month and told that I could simply use those credits later. I cancelled my membership on September 24 and was told I must use all of those credits within 30 days. On October 14 I get charged again and told if I don’t use that credit before October 24 it will disappear. Essentially, it’s a program that charges you $60 a month for massages you can’t use and then when you cancel, charges you one last time for the fun of it. Very disappointed and very frustrated. There are several other options nearby that I will support going forward - there is no reason to be unreasonable with your customers. Stay away.

Toni is an excellent massage therapist. I booked a facial with her and she is very friendly, professional and gentle. I will be returning for more appointments! The spa is very clean, up to date and has an overall comfortable atmosphere. The staff are very kind and the front receptionist (Jeremy) is super polite, supportive and holds great conversation! My experience was luxurious. I can't wait to book again!
