I almost gave them a five. The fries were hot and the Impossible Whopper was delish. The mobile app was a bit quirky but so are others. The window service was a bit slow with limited staff. Great deal for $3.

Toasted buns are too light it's like that at most of the burger king's I experienced in Tacoma! Maybe they should check their equipment, turn up the temperature, McDonald's does and their buns are carmalized to perfection, just saying!!

Got stuck in their slow moving drive through line, waiting 40 minutes in the drive thru for a cold burger. At least the fries were warm. Also drop in a employment card in the bag. I wouldn't want to work here.

Every burger King executed different quality in my area. This has been one of the better experiences. Got the spicy ChKing sandwich. It was a beast.. Huge sandwich that I couldn't just straight on bite in to with just the right amount of pickles.. like 5 or 6 pickles and it wasn't too spicy, although I wish it was spicier. It was very crunchy from start to finish, but it was missing a little crispness to really set it apart. A couple bites were a little rubbery for lack of a better word. The sauce on it was pretty tasty too. It's a good deal if you can catch a coupon in their app or through email. If every Burger King made them this well, I'd be back regularly.
