I haven't been in a mall department store in a long time. It was a little desolate. Not a lot of people not a lot of employees the escalators are so noisy. I was looking for a pair of black pumps. There was one okay pair of pumps, they were Worthington and they were $60. I was not impressed. Most of the people inside the store were wearing masks. The employees that were there were friendly. Online pickup and returns are on the first floor in home goods. They are fast and professional down there.

Annebell Flores was our cashier in the Women's Department and she has fantastic customer service! Not only was she very personable and friendly, but she went above and beyond with my question I had. What a great employee, keep up the good work!

The salon has improved drastically in the last 6 months. I would recommend them to anyone that is in need of a stylist!! Go ask for Stevi, she is absolutely amazing. She has great color ideas and knows what she is talking about. 10 out of 10 hands down best stylist!
