Our stores follow masking guidelines for customers and staff. Customer density is limited and masks are available.
They have a Facebook page and you can send a message with questions. They do a good job of getting back to a question quickly. A lot of the information on essential bags is in posts on the FB page.
Our main pig guy does large black, gloucester old spots, and the occasional tamworth. We also get ossabaw island and mangalitsa, occasionally. We generally like hanging weights of 180-200lbs.
Not regularly, mainly they sell beef variety, pork options, lamb and goat cuts, chicken and sausages as their uncured meats along with a variety of charcuterie. They have oddities such as waygu beef, frog legs, and veal, but you would have to contact for current offerings.
