HORRIBLE SERVICE! Rude order taker. Fought with me about my pick up order, telling me I needed to hit a submit button (which I already had done) & saying my order wasn't rcvd. I show her confirmation, she goes away, then says, "It's here now." No apology. No eye contact. No smile. Then, she forgets one of my burgers & got huffy that I asked for (what I paid for!) it. She didn't believe me about that, until a second worker handed her a bag with my burger in it...that had been sitting there the whole time! 🙄 Smh No thank you for my order, either. 👎

The food was good but they forgot 2 item's & because we don't live that close to this Jack we didn't call or go back! 😤 The drive thru guy got so upset when I changed my drink & we could hear his comment's. No profanity just a lot of "WHAT" "SERIOUSLY" "UGH"... LOL, But other than that it was fine by the time they brought out our food he had calmed down & his attitude was more friendly! Good recovery 😉...

The customer service is better than the first time I came here, but there is always something wrong with my order. Either something is cold or missing. I love the taste of warm fries hitting my lips, but in my last trip, right out the window they were cold!

It's Jack in the Box so I'm a bit biased because I'm not a big fast food eater these days but over the years I've never had bad experiences here. The staff never got upset when we would storm the place in high school with 1 person buying something and 15 more asking for water cups. Actually just recently I stopped in to use the bathrooms with no incident. They are being remodeled right now too so it will be fresh!
