Was a pretty good stay overall. Got in the room late night ready to just relax, shower, and go to bed. We walked in to a 78 degree room. Air was off completely and this is after enduring there 82 degree hallways, they had the air set to like 85 so you sweat on way to the room to walk into a hot box which isn't great for us not to mention air quality, hot and humid cause bacteria and germs to thrive. Turn the air down! I'm all about conservation, but making your guest and employees miserable to increase profit... poor maids. But the lobby floor was nice and cool!

Very clean room, very modern feel and design, and a decent, complementary breakfast. Cinnamon rolls were great, eggs were a bit dry, and sausage links were high quality it seemed. Room Comfort : 5/5 Breakfast : 4/5 Staff : competent and friendly

I am so disappointed in this property. I was forced to cancel 3 days prior to arrival due to contracting Covid and the management refused a refund. I was not allowed to fly to the USA. I am a returning customer to this hotel and frequent Holiday Inn customer. The other Holiday Inn reservation for the trip was fully refunded. This property does not deserve to be part of the HI group. Their "deposit" was the full price of the stay. The "Service Fee" for cancelation was almost $100. Please don't support a management that is all about money and lacks compassion in a medical situation.

Stay was good. Taking one star away for the breakfast. Hot food options weren't the best, had to wait over 20mins for them to put a new bag in the pancake machine; eggs and sausage was a bit dried out. Also, I wish they had bacon and/ or potato hash. Rooms were clean and spacious.
