Gross. The place is dirty, old, and beat up pretty good. I don't think the owners know how to clean or make a place look inviting. For $100 a night, you should at least have clean linens without cigarette burn holes in the sheets. There were stains on the comforter, stains in the shower surround, hair on the floor, gunk in the AC unit. The TV had garbage channels with shopping and infomercials only. I'd rather stay in at a local Airbnb at a shared room rather than this place.

Loved the view from our room. Mountains! The room was big, clean, fresh linens and stocked with bathroom linen. The air conditioner was excellent and kept us comfortable!!! Awesome.

Well, at first it was great.. i didn’t think the girl owner liked me too much but then I realized how sweet she was! & her husband was very police as well! But a month after staying there due to trying to get back on my feet all kinds of issues with broke out but nothing with the owners they honestly are what makes the place! But their help.. rude, disrespectful, discriminating.. all of the above! I literally left today because someone they had covering the front desk kicked me out because of something I didn’t even know! A lady told me she went online & did the room for me! So.. I took her word, she sent me confirmation & all! Then.. lady comes up to the room tells me to get out or she’s calling the law! .. me having no where to go I panic while she’s just standing there starting at me.. while on the phone being very disrespectful towards me! Then.. get this she tells me I have 10 minutes & tells me to leave & never come back! Like wow, all because I thought my room was paid & was there a couple extra hours? It was an honest mistake the lady that paid for the room didn’t know the actual payment didn’t go through online & when she sent me conformation I took it has it was paid! Then .. they kept my deposit that came out of my own pocket when I already have nothing as it is & I left the room cleaner when I left then it was when I got there. All over one simple mistake & I had been there for a month obviously I knew the rules.. but if the owners aren’t there I would not recommend..

The Staff was amazing, went out of way to make sure I had all I asked for. Located in the Shenandoah Valley close to great attractions, met the husband and wife owners who really cared about my visit and helped me find place to eat and visit. Great rates on rooms, room was clean and very nice and accommodating. I will be back there again.
