Someone obviously not doing their job here. I order through USPS 10 packages and they all show up on time and the 1 through UPS gets “stuck between two places” (someone forgetting to load it or sort a truck) after coming in at 1245am and now I have to wait an entire day extra to get my package. Let’s hope it actually shows up.

My $3,000 computer arrived DOA due to obvious mishandling. Delivery took WAY too long, and their delivery window is literally a complete business day. No way to change that. And finally, unless you have some kind of special account with the company, you can't even call the local service center.

I think what happened is they close at 6 pm and the phones are turned off at that time. With holiday season there is an incredible crush of people shipping now. Perhaps going in person, no one is turned away if you are in line by 6. Tis the season.
