Went in to get some work boots, lovely and clean environment. Good quality items and almost got these bad boys, but decided to wait on it. Got some doc martens instead and fit perfect. The only real gripe i had, was while I was looking at boots i wasn't asked even once if i needed help or had any questions. Other than that, i will be coming back when i need more work boots.

The young lady that helped me at the register is the best that I gave encountered at this shop. I'm sorry I am didn't get her name but the receipt says Megan was the salesperson. I bought a really nice pair of Corral boots! They also got in some great bell bottom jeans I plan to go back to get.

Super nice staff, & a pretty good selection! Wish there were a few more more plain styles of boots but still pretty great. Really liked the jeans and button ups. Cute clothes for women too!

Ok selection of boots. Not the largest selection. Staff isn't too helpful though and don't have the greatest attitudes in customer service. Came in a few times and purchased a few things. They price matched an item online. Helpful. Boot leather chipped after 1st time wearing.

Only a certain number of people allowed in the store at a time if they are at capacity they will ask you to stand inline outside the door ,and masks must be worn .
Yes. I got mine there. Various prices.
I'm sure you can as long as they aren't worn and are within the exchange timeline. They should have their policy on the website. I would also just try to call the store during operating hours.
