This was our family goto appliance store. They're service since the son took over is miserable. I knew they wouldn't last under his direction. Howard's has aquired this business. That's what happens when you can't handle a family business. You get bought.

Needed a part for a very reliable but very old Kenmore washer. Called the parts dept. I described what I needed and was told the part price, which I thought to be cheap. He said it would take 3 days to get part. Three days unfortunately put it's arrival for Sunday which meant I wouldn't see part till probably Wednesday, this is what I figured. I told him to order the part. On Saturday I got a call from the parts guy and I was figuring to be told it was back ordered, but nope, the gentleman had ordered the part next day, at Taylor's expense! I went and got part then fixed washer. These people are by FAR the best to deal with. Every business should have employees and run their business like Taylor's.
