The people there were nice, but I took a car in to get fixed. They said there was no issues and charged for it. Driving home, the car had the same issues. I don't think they took it on a test drive like they said.

Covid in there business and didn't tell my daughter and I picked her up and she has a 2yr old daughter. No body at the health dept would tell us. But your business had time to call cancel appts and say they had a positive case they was closing for the day. Thank you Firestone for not keeping our family safe.

Rediculous. Go down at 9:30 a.m for a state inspection. They say "we have a spot available, but we only have 1 inspector. So give us a couple hours. " Called at the 4 hour mark to check in and they said they were sorry to just be patient and to give them an hour or 2 more.They didn't even call us by the time they closed at 6p.m. We had to walk there for them to tell us they couldn't get to it and to bring it back tomorrow. 9 hours. Never again! 1 million thumbs down.

Went here for oil change. Was told my power steering pump needed changed. $1600 for pump and labor. Went to another garage was told $400 for labor plus part. Then 2 months after “oil” change my motor locked up was told no oil in motor. No leak could be found.
