I've been coming here since I was a little kid and he's one of my favorite spots to relax out in San Diego. The staff is super helpful and it's really well designed. It really is a super comfortable and open space to relax and then explore some good books.

I love this library! I wished it was open during Covid, but sadly wasn’t (through no fault of their own). I also passed out in one of the isles here after donating blood and no one bothered me, so 10/10. :)

Nice library, big and spacious but not child friendly at all. They have toys and stuff for kid but they dont allow them to play with since some toys make noise. There is no way to play quitely with toys. I think they should rethink their child playing policy.

Nice children's section. There are lots of different things to do. The indoor portion has a large touchscreen in addition to the usual children's computer terminals. There is a play ATM, which was the first time I had seen that. There is a covered outdoor area with large foam blocks and other games and additionally a completely outdoor section. Many of the playthings are old and well-worn, but kids live playing with them anyway.

No. I did a search of the events calendar for this branch for Zumba. Nothing.
No, there are no more zumba classes. They are now offered at the Serra Mesa Recreation Center for 5$ per class.
Printer, computer, and internet are available here. I haven't seen a scanner and don't know of any public libraries that have scanners (unless the printer does it and I never noticed). There is a FedEx store nearby, however, that does scanning.
YES. They are available. You may search the online library catalog and limit by material type, such as downloadable book. You may also go to the library homepage and where it says I WANT TO .... one of the choices is DOWNLOAD AN E-BOOK.
