This morning an appointment was made with the cabinet salesman to put together a quote for our new kitchen. This appointment was set weeks ago and this was the first availability he had. I drove all the way over here only to be told by someone else in the store after looking around trying to find somebody that he took leave and would not be back until tomorrow. They didn't think it was necessary to call and cancel. Would not recommend wasting your time here. The other employee continued to make jokes like wasting my time is funny. Disgusting.

I have ordered plastic storage bins online 3 times now. 16 bins, 20 bins and 14 bins. It should be pretty easy. Each time they have retrieved the bins from wherever they stored them fairly quickly. The folks helping have been friendly. But each time, whoever did the picking had miscounted and I was either missing a lid or a bin. Pretty frustrating.

Pretty disappointed in my local hardware store. We bought a new grill and outdoor chairs to be assembled and delivered. They arrived 30 minutes past the 4 hour delivery window and left the heavy bbq at the bottom of the stairs to our deck. Nobody knocked or called. They just dropped it and left. We definitely can’t lift it up the stairs by ourselves. To add on to this they completely forgot to deliver our chairs and they won’t show up until Tuesday now. Customer service tried to help but I was placed on many long holds and eventually was hung up on. I don’t know if anyone will actually show up to help us lift the bbq and it is in a position where it can be stolen very easily. Can’t believe we are experiencing such terrible service like this from Lowes.

Good selection of brick and stone landscaping products. Store needs to move the pallets of vertically stacked blocks that are above head level to the ground. Take one and the rest tumble down on you. Told an employee about it, but a week later, the danger is still there!
