This place was delicious! This was my first time having Ethiopian food and it was great experience. The food packed with flavor and the staff were super friendly. I will definitely be coming back!

What an amazing place, the food is so unique and tasty. We went there for our first time and the sweet owner even gave us a wine bottle for free from Ethiopia. I was in shock and they are so genuine people. What a great family establishment. A must try when visiting San Diego.

This friendly dine is Ethiopian restaurant has an authentic Injera offered with a variety of side dishes. The dish is vegan friendly and is highly colourful. Best enjoyed with friends and/or family since quantities can huge!

I sadly still can't taste much after covid so here's my husband and 2 year old's take. The meat and lentil sambusas seemed to have just been made and they were very good. My husband liked the spicy sauce that came with it and it resembled wasabi in that you feel it in your nose. My toddler ate a third of each and then asked for more of the meat one. For our entree, we shared a meat combo and a veggie combo which they served family style. Couldn't tell you what was what but everything was very tasty. My toddler had a bite of the injera bread (first time ever) and passed on it but liked a few of the side options on top so he was munching on that until he was full. Sounds like we'll be coming back whenever I can taste again! Though next time we'll tell them to take a few injera breads off the plate cz we left satisfied, with leftovers and with 3 rolls remaining!

They do. You just have to ask for the teff only injera. It's $1 extra. I'm gluten free and get very sick with any cross contamination and have never experienced it at this place.
They had masks on and hand sanitizer available.
Yes and they're shipped directly from Ethiopia!
I am so worried and sad that Everytime we pass by they aren't open😔
Ethiopian beers and wines available for sale and to drink in restaurant
