It's ok. I asked how does it work the guy explained what bins for glass, plastic & cans. Later he decides to lecture me on how I did it wrong even when it was right!!! I had someone helping me (I brought) they put a can in that should have gone in my home recycling & that meant even more lecturing. Not clean already and then the lecture not my thing! I'm a grown adult & maybe he could have been more helpful in the beginning when I said I needed help. *Make sure you take all caps off of plastic *Make sure you check liquor bottles most are not CA CRV *Make sure you don't drop off cardboard you will have to pay them!! I hope this helps

The staff was friendly and the place was easy to navigate and park. They had bins that were in good shape. Will admit not thrilled with the price I got for my recyclables.

First place I go when I'm working on an unusual project that requires electronics or metal. They have a large selection of things at good prices. I recently bought some solar panels for an rv project. Will be coming again.

I was offered .01 per lb for #2 or Unprepared Steel. (That's what other yards pay for appliances.) S.A. about a mile away pays .09 per lb. So $20 vs $180 per ton. Then there's a charge for cardboard whereas cardboard recycling pays $75 - $155 per ton. I'm not local to Temecula. So I don't know if a paper recycler in the area. I'll give the 2nd star because the staff weren't total jerks.

Check their website, they have what they do and don't take and whether there is a fee.
Yes
Temecula recycling no longer takes cans or bottles SA recycling and heavy metal recycling are your best bet
No
Yes they do
No! Sorry to say but they do not
Most likely make sure its completely empty and disassembled as much as possible
They do but be aware that they will charge you by the pound to take some of the items you bring in.
You will have to call them for the current price.
Most recycling places will not take ammunition. I believe it would need to be taken to your local police department. Call your local police department to find out.
Yes. Its about 1.30 or so per pound of aluminum and plastic. Separate the plastic and aluminum in different barrels they have. If you bring plastic bottles they want you to have already removed the caps as they are not recyclable. Just throw the caps away. Its really good to recycle the aluminum and plastic and that is pretty good money.
Don't know about TVs, but they charged $5 to take my microwave.
Not there
Empty paint cans only. No spray cans
they no longer accept plastic, glass bottles or aluminum cans....SA Recycling does however
$5 minimum charge.

How about a local dump? That's usually where most people take large items they no longer want.
