We picked out backsplash we wanted in our kitchen. We set up the measurement appointment online and got that done pretty quickly. It was all downhill from there. Long story short we went to lowes to sign the contract. We were told all the materials were in stock and should be getting a call to schedule the instal within the week. The call never came. We called to check in the status and were told that they made a mistake and in fact did not have everything in stock but the West Chester store did and it should be there by the end of that week and they would call me. Did not receive a call yet again... we called again to see what was going on and were told it still had not been delivered but that we could go drive to pick it up if we wanted. We explained that we are super busy and that is why we were hiring them to help in all of this... it had been over a month of waiting for the inventory to be delivered from a store 30-40 minutes away... the gentleman at lowes that was helping us in the flooring department admitted he made a mistake in the system and that he messed something up but had fixed it... we waited another week and still no call, nothing. We spoke to someone in customer service that said we would get a call from manager and that also never happened. Finally my husband went in yesterday to cancel our order and they did cancel it but told him to wait there to speak to manager... he stood waiting and waiting and no one came so he just left. All I know is we are done with this location and will go to home depot. And we better not see any interest on the credit card bill either. We signed up for a cc just to get a discount on this project but we will be closing this card as well. Ridiculous horrible customer service!

We ordered a new fridge and was told that it would be delivered between noon and 4 pm. We asked that they call ahead 30 min before delivery so we would be able to get home in time. At 6pm we still had no communication from the delivery driver. A representative from Lowes calls and asked how was our delivery experience today. We proceeded to tell her that we still have not gotten our delivery. After looking into the situation she found out the delivery driver said that he was at my house and that no one was home. He also said that he didn't have cell coverage. I find it very hard to believe that both delivery team members had no cell coverage. I have AT&T and my husband has Verizon we both have coverage. We were also told that the people who were delivering my purchase that their app that they use was not working. Now we have been on hold with Lowes to try and find out when they will be delivering my purchase. I am very disappointment in Lowes.

I thought that Lowe’s is one of the best but unfortunately I had bad experience at my first purchase. I paid for new dryer but got displayed dryer from store without box or packaging after 2nd rescheduled time with couple of scratches on it additionally, very rude drivers made it, no respect to customers. My mistake was only in one, purchase from Lowe’s.

They carry a variety of mulch but I would call the lowes that is nearest an see what they have in stock and if the style you are looking for is a special order... 🤙🏼 good luck mulching:::

Would recommend that you go in person and interview/decide for yourself. And usually the store rep has their selected work hours & schedule, so you want someone who will be there on your schedule.
