Service for spray paint took more than 15 minutes and the associate that was in the general area I had to ask for her attention. Then she did not know here the clear sheets were kept on the next isle over turned out. And her mother at the paint desk told her she had to walk the spray paint up to the register 🙄. Now in my 48 year very sufficient woman I don't think I need to be walk to the register. The only reason I chose to shop there was because I received my yearly birthday coupon and Lowe's was out of stock of the color I needed due to the shortage. For that I am grateful. But really with all the staff members walking around and at the doors you would think they would now who the most common people are the would abuse the use of spray paint. And comunicate it among the radio's carried around for convenience for what would be better customer service. So the paint walked up was given a cashier and then another cashier opened up, them had to request the spray paint from the other to ring Me up while the entire time I was allowed to carry the clear finishes around by myself making me feel like a big girl 😏. And this is why I chose to only shop there when I can not find else were, I would rather travel farther because I know how I would like to be treated.

Fairly busy. Came in wanting to check for a light tube and ballast set up that needed repair. Everything we needed was there, with help from the staff guiding us to where everything belonged. Searched the mainstream hardware stores with no luck on LED light tubes that were even available. There were a limited quantity at stores nearby. Took home an LED light tube and it worked just as expected. The staff while sometimes not knowledgeable, will grab other staff over to assist us and that was easy.

Awesome store! First of all I am so thankful that they offer single use battery recycling. I try to do my part in saving batteries so I can dispose of them properly but then when I was trying to recycle them none of the bigger hardware stores would take them. They only take rechargeable ones. Then when I when into the store their selection, variety, friendliness, and prices won me over in this first trip!
