I loved my experience with Mr. Thanh Ho! He was so kind! I just had my fingerprinting live scan done and he was so informative. I got it done at another place and it got rejected twice and he was so kind to inform me of the reason for why it possibly got rejected. He definitely knows what he’s doing! He even made sure to check my fingers and confirm the steps he needed to take to get my prints done right! He took his time and didn’t rush through my appointment. He carefully did the prints for each of my fingers, rechecked them, and even redid some when he wasn’t satisfied with them. I definitely appreciate the experience I had with him since my last one was definitely not as great as this.

I had a great experience with total live scan. I went two weeks ago for the first time and the process was quick and easy. I recently needed another scan and was able to accommodate me over the phone which saved a lot of time. Highly recommend!

Great scheduling system, called in made the appointment. Within 30 seconds he texted me the address and confirmed my appointment time. The process was quick and easy. He's a nice guy and it's fun to talk to. Will be using him for all my LiveScan and Notary needs.
