Super friendly staff - very sweet to quickly & efficiently check my tire pressure, clear my warning error & free of charge! Will definitely return in the future when service is needed!

Do our reviews get removed after so long? Pretty sure I gave Firestone 5 stars a while ago. Paul and John are great customer service agents. Tell you what's wrong and don't start disassembling your vehicle w/o permission like tire discounters

Literally bought a tire here for $142 and it wouldn’t even stay inflated.. after 12000 miles on that tire it was ready to be replaced due to inside wear and they wanted to act like constant low air pressure wasn’t what would cause unusual wear on a tire.. and after spending 142 on it acted like I bought a terrible tire that they sold me from their store.. absolute comedy, good luck to whoever risk purchasing anything from this place!

I am not the type of guy to leave 1 star reviews. However I wouldn’t recommend this shop to my worst enemy. The gentleman I was speaking to on the phone purposely misled me. I was told all of my coils burnt out at once and it would be 1100 dollars to fix it. When I asked which could had burnt out he didn’t skip a beat and told me all of them. Then when I did not give my approval to do the work and that I was going to take it someplace else he hung up on me. The local shop I took it to let me know there was a singular coil burnt out. I’m able to get it fixed for a couple hundred bucks. When I went to get my keys and wait for the tow truck I spoke to the manager who was very understanding of my frustration and didn’t charge me for my engine diagnostic. However I firmly believe it’s because I opened a case with the corporate office because I did not feel like my vehicle would be safe in the time between when I got hung up on and when I could babysit my car. I would give zero stars if I could
