Stone lick is one of my favorite state parks in the region. Kayaking is the best here due to no motor boats are allowed. The staff at the park are also top notch.

A very beautiful State Park. There are numerous trails to hike, a huge lake to fish in, a beach area and a large campground suitable upto 40' units. There is electricity only but water spigots to fill your tank, easy access dump station and restrooms throughout the campground. Stayed in first part of April, the trees are in bloom and quite beautiful. Would recommend the visit!

This is a very beautiful lake it doesn't have a whole lot of shoreline or you could just walk up to but the parts that does have it is amazing highly recommend fishing at this park we also saw a white-headed eagle bald eagle it was absolutely beautiful although I was unable to get a really good picture but if you zoom in really close you can see it

This is now my favorite Ohio State Park to camp in! The lake sites are awesome! (You do have to book in advance to get best sites.) You can access water from your site for a canoe or fishing. The bathrooms were very clean and the handicap stall shower was nice and big and accessible and the water got very hot. Everyone was friendly and staff didn't bother us at all, the woods surrounding the camp sites is very pretty as well. Will definitely camp here again!

I'd estimate around 30 yards, give or take a few. (Edit) Sorry, I thought you meant from one buoy to the next. Total length of the beach is approximately 500ft/160 yds, about 30yds between each of the 5 buoys. Can't guarantee exact distances, but I'd go with the Garmin that said 150yds.
Yes
Oh yes we have used a tent with our site b4.....
Yes, fishing is a regulated activity in all state parks and lands and is permitted at all hours of the day and night regardless of posted normal recreation hours for hiking , playground use, day use areas, and other similar places. I've had multiple game wardens confirm this is the case in the field, including at Stonelick.
For campers I believe. Not tents
