I had the Maple Bacon Grilled Chicken meal. The flavors are hard to beat. The portion is a good size and I feel the price is fair. The service was not great. The server seemed annoyed that she had to go to a table that had people sitting at it. Ours was no exception. I'll definitely go back dut will think about asking to be seated in a different servers section.

It's hard writing one star reviews because that status is often reserved for irate customers. This is written after at least a week with a chance for the company to respond, and a calm free of mind. I can't rate the food because we didn't get a chance to order any. We were seated at a table and waited a full 8 minutes with no acknowledgment by anyone. After I explained this to the hostess and asked if maybe we were seated at the wrong table, I was assured we would be helped soon. Following that, another 5 minutes passed (I actually timed it to make sure I was being objective). 13 minutes passed with not a person to even greet us or get drink orders. We made the decision to leave, since the vibe was not predicting a good experience. Another server came by at around the 15 minute mark, but we were already on our way out. It was Saturday at 10 am, possibly the busiest time, so I want to extend some grace, but the fact that everyone around us had servers tending to them made this a very negative experience. Our backup plan to Bob Evans was a much better experience. I reached out to Cracker Barrel's guestrelations email account and described the situation, but after 8 days there has been no response. To be clear, the one star doesn't reflect the cleanliness, or the staff at the front of the house. They were great for what little involvement they had in our fruitless visit. This is more the dining room experience and the corporate lack of response to a concern. It was bad enough to prevent us from visiting for a while. Obviously not everyone had this experience, but it was enough for us to warrant a low rating.

My wife and I stopped after checking into our hotel and were both excited to get some as usual great food at this Cracker Barrel. We’ve been to many Cracker Barrel restaurants but never this one. We don’t live around here so you’ve lost not much business but this review will hopefully make a change or two. We sat down at 7:13 pm. Our server took our order right after the table next to us which was a table with a family of 4. The server then went to the kitchen. 40 minutes later we were still waiting for our food all awhile the table of 4 was served and ate and left the restaurant. A gentleman sitting right across from us sat down about 15 minutes after we did and he was served in about 15 minutes from that time. He then asked us what the heck we ordered that would take so long. I think he was literally embarrassed that he got served before us. At the 40 minute point I decided to go ask where our foot was. Our server was not around so I asked another server. She asked where I was sitting. At that time our server came out of the kitchen and asked me what was wrong. I explained to her we had been waiting 40 minutes and that others had been sat served and eaten and even left the restaurant while we were still waiting to get our food. She then told me “oh it hasn’t been 40 minutes”. She then left me standing. My wife saw my face getting red and then came to me and said we need to talk to the manager. In all fairness the manager did a great job and showed empathy and apologized for the servers actions. I don’t know the servers name but I’m sure you all will know by my account above who it is. Our experience at this place is. It indicative to other Cracker Barrel’s. But this server here needs a little more training. Just saying. Thanks for listening.

Stopped here for breakfast on our way from Memphis to Pittsburgh. Our food was hot and delicious and our waitress Amy was great. Also the parking lot has spots for RV parking that was helpful to us since we were towing a camper.

It is consistently good.
Never eaten there before. We are Westsiders and sometimes go to Northern Kentucky. Never had any trouble except long wait time. Waitress are usually very good once you get seated. Must be location problem..
Mask and spread out tables
I don't know the prices for grilled cheese sandwiches and soup for the kids meal
I believe they are serving that right now.
