In my opinion, the customer service here could stand to be improved but it’s one of the only places to genuine Ferarri gear. My husband wanted a new racing jacket to wear while he cruises around in his 488 so I wanted to surprise him for our anniversary. They the exact style he wanted and I know he is going to love it!

We came to this store with my little nephews and they got very excited about the toy car that was in display. The store attendant was quick to say " don't do that!" When one of them touched it. What bad customer service. It's a toy car!!!! Get over yourselves!

Customer service ?? What customer service they don't have any. Bought a $1000 watch that felt apart. No warranty coverage. 0 customer service. Good store for fancy clothe. But for anything else shop some other store that do have some support here in US.

This review is for the Ferrari official online store. They have the worst customer services I have ever dealt in my whole life. I bought some shoes and would like to exchange for another size. Sent a dozen of emails to their customer service email and by the way, that is the only way to contact them. They have NO phone number what so ever. And they did not reply to my emails in 2 weeks. It is still not solved now and I am seeking other solutions. But just my dent here, unless you are sure with what you want, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THERE IS NO WIN WITH THIS KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don't get me wrong, the products are nice. BUT WITH ITS PRICE TAG, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOO BAD!
