I go to antique shops regularly and I must say, I had one of the most amazing experiences at Gum's Antique mall. Normally I like to keep great discoveries private, but I can't say enough about how much I appreciate finding this place and the staff. From the moment you walk in, it is just that--- an experience. We really felt welcomed. The staff is extremely friendly and strikes a nice balance between attentiveness and privacy while you shop. We visited when it was warm outside and the owner offered us waters as we walked in! I love antiquing and it is nice to shop at a place where it is clear that the staff love it as well. I found so many unique items at a very, very fair and reasonable price. There were two floors of quality finds. It was fun talking to the owner about some of the items I was buying and where they came from. I am so excited to return to this antique shop. AND they are putting in a cafe which will make the experience even MORE amazing!!

How refreshing to find a shop that makes the customer feel special. The woman who owns it (didn't get her name) was helpful and accommodating. The selection is varied with actual antiques and the turtles add a fun touch. This out-of-towner will be back on my next visit to SoCal.

This place looks better all the time! I guess they have a big anniversary coming up and they have been working hard giving the whole place a cleaning and face-lift. With so many vendors in the big warehouse size mall there are so many things to find with both great deals and things priced as expected. I mean these are things you can't just stop into target and find after all. Haha. I like to go in just to enjoy the waterfall and talk to the local bird and cat. Always fun visiting Gums and the friendly people that work there.

This place was such a cool find! I was actually just driving past it when I saw the sign. Gum was right at the door when the shop opened and welcomed me in, this is such a friendly environment. There was a lot of cool finds if your just browsing and I did not even have a chance to look upstairs where there is more. In speaking with Gum there are over 100 vendors and such a variety with regards to items available. I found a Lily Tomlin récord and some postcards. It’s a cool place to check out, I will definitely be back.

Nope.
Yes, it is located right by the front entrance and they carry a variety of colors. The owner is very knowledgeable with chalk paint.
I've sold them stuff in the past
The same as everywhere else you must wear a mask and social distance from other customers. It's posted as you enter and all employees have masks on.
It always depends on what it is, but it never hurts to ask. If you can't bring the item with you then bring a picture of it.
Yes they have a wide variety of antique salt and pepper shakers. You can also try Olas Antiques and Collectibles which is on Carson which might have what you are looking for.
