Fed ex ground is the worst of all delivery services-period. The drivers are under paid and not professional. I recently arranged a pickup at my house where the driver never showed up and lied and said he or she came to my house. For 1, I have cameras on my house pointing to the street. I called customer service and told them I could send them the footage of the time the driver claimed to be at my house. Customer service ignored my request to do so. I then told customer service it's the drivers job to leave a door tag on my door if he truly came to my house. The driver just simply Lied about the pickup, which is unprofessional. If their drivers don't like to do their job they should quit. But hey, this is what we get from a company that relies on 3rd party mom & pop companies to execute pickups and deliveries. HORRIBLE Service.

There was a package I was expecting one day and when I received the notification that my package (A Sector Nine long board worth $200+ I ordered online) was delivered at such time, that was not true. I was at home at the time the notice of delivery stated and nobody knocked on my door. I live in an upstairs apartment so you can definitely hear when someone approaches the door step. None of my neighbors received anything as well. I'm now convinced of what people tell me when they say Fed Ex is just a bunch of broke thieves. Thank you for acting broke even though you have a job.

A package was not delivered to the marina where I live but fedex called me and asked if I wanted it held at the local wherehouse. I was able to pick it up a few days later I really appreciate fedex for taking the time to contact me so I could get it, they could have easily returned it to sender but they cared instead, thanks for the great job fedex!!!

The delivery driver scanned my package as an attempt to deliver but didnt. The scan was for security reason because we have a locked gate for our complex. The intercom is is located next to the gate with a big sign that says dial 01 for manager. The manager answer the intercom 24/7 and can buzz someone in even if they are not on the property. I checked the security footage with the building manager 2 hours before the attempted delivery time and 2 hours after. The driver never showed up to deliver the package at all. I called customer service 3 times after getting told I would get a call back. 4 hours of trying to get someone to deliver my package with no help. I am a 100% disabled veteran and I have to go and pick up my own package. This is unacceptable. I will not buy products who ship through FeEx. They have terrible drivers and terrible customer service. If I could rate this I would put them at a -10. Unhappy customer.
