Website says you can get in under 15mins but took an hour and 30. They made me wait in my car, in this heat, for almost 2 hrs. Front desk staff was not friendly and Unaccommodating, she sounded like she was high on marijuana. The treatment I received was very unprofessional and inhospitable, I assume it's because 1. I only have Medi-Cal and 2. They're assuming I have a rare disease. How discriminating!

This will be the last time I come here. I don't know what has happened here but its not the same service it used to be. I get they have staffing issues but I waited over 3hrs just to be tested and get my covid results and I was still understanding patient. Until, Adriana the MA that attended me had the Worst bedside manner that I requested someone else. Evertime I come in here for a covid test they try and charge me 75$ copay when my insurance clearly says it's covered in full! Adriana kept telling me I had to do an office visit to be tested. I called my insurance to confirm...that was not correct. I got here at 7:50 a.m. it is now 11:10 and no one has come out with my results.

Dr. Dabrowski is amazing!!!! He took the time to listen and he had a solution for all my problems. I couldn't be more at ease. He was friendly and efficient. I wish all doctors could be like him.

I registered my kid for a rapid test appointment like they advertised and it ended up being and entire check up which was never mentioned in the registration process. They made my son and his dad wait 30 minutes to be seen, and the waiting room was hot and they were both ended up sweating. At the end of the visit, they gave him the nose swab test and then said that it would be ready in 3-7 days. The only reason I chose this place was to get my son a rapid test so he could return to school tomorrow. Now that's not going to happen. The staff was friendly though. I'd visit again, but not for a rapid test.
