Brought vehicle in for an alignment and because there’s an issue with the lift they decide to tell me it’s because my truck weighs too much. 10k lift and 7k truck. They then proceed to tell me it’s because my truck weighs 10k. Gvwr and curb weight are two totally different things and the incompetence In not knowing such has put me in a bind because I made an appointment for a reason. They then looked for another shop with over 10k lifting capacity. Except my truck doesn’t weigh 10k. 2019 short bed 2500
