I am a little surprised they only have three stars. I ordered numerous times via Uber Eats and food is hands down the best in Alexandria. Portions are large and everything seems fresh...Wonton soup is fantastic as well as lo mein and orange flavored chicken. In fact, the food is so tasty and after having countless bad experiences with the other Chinese place Chans Asian Wok (which I do NOT recommend) I never venture and try other places. I highly recommend for takeout.

Absolutely GARBAGE establishment. I used to love it. They will now take your order for delivery and call you an hour later and tell you they don't deliver. Even though it says it on the door, Google, and their website. And when you call they will accept the delivery order and just never send it. Instead they direct you to Door Dash. Guess what? The prices are 30-50% higher than their in store menu. Not talking about Door Dash fees; the menu items. Example: crab Rangoon is 5.50$ on the current menu, it's 10$ on Door Dash. They are cheats. This is a disgusting business practice. Sorry I'm not paying 15$ for low tier sesame chicken. I confronted the ownership about all of the above and they literally laughed about it. They tried to blame Door Dash but basically said they don't care. Ended up taking home cold food home with no compensation. Go to Hot Wok or Oriental Express instead. Ill never order there again.

The food taste like nasty old grease ( seriously like it had not been changed in a month) . The was a dab of cheese in the Crab Rangoon. I used to eat here quite often but not sure if I can continue to eat here .

We have been going here for 25 plus years now! The food is always excellent regardless of what you try! The staff is friendly and courteous as well, whether you are dine in or carry out they are there to help! We have never been shorted on a order in all of our years eating here, that's unheard of! But true!! This is by far the best Chinese restaurant in Northern KY, heck probably even the Greater Cincinnati area as well! This is truly a true hidden gem in Northern KY!! Amazing then and still now!!! See you soon!!!
