Yesterday I went to this Dottys but never again, the worst customer service you can imagine, an old lady named Doona, she is bitter and rude with customers, I don't know how they can have her working there, she should be fired.

Worst service the swing shift bartender is ugly inside out wouldn't recommend this place if it was only source of water I'd pass . Every Dotty's unfortunately has awful service they shouldn't be in business.

Cheap smokes, lot of turnover on machines seems like better odds than the big casinos.

They've honored them before. I've moved away a year ago so maybe they've changed rules. Also why didn't you just ask the clerk especially if it happened multiple times?
They make good effort to clean machines and seats between players. There are plastic dividers between machines, max # of people allowed in and multiple hand sanitizer dispensers. Also you get clean ashtray
