First time at this Dotty's which was just a random happenstance type of stop. Nice place! The attendant there, I apologize but I forgot her name, really went above and beyond to make me as well as others feel quite welcome and comfortable there. Checking in us every so often for another drink(usually a soft drink, I don't drink alcohol), check ashtrays, or just to inquire if we needed anything else. As other patrons had come in and out you could hear them greeting each other by name as this attendant exclaimed, "we love our customers here at Dotty's!" As each person completed their transactions at the counter each person stated, "No keep that for yourself," a gratuity I assume for her refreshingly enthusiastic presence and service. I regret not remembering her name but it was a Thursday morning/early afternoon. As I was leaving, winnings in my pocket, she had come around the counter to formally introduce herself with a handshake and asked my name with a personal invitation to return again. She then said to me "awe love all our customers here at Dotty's and di whatever nee can to make you feel at home here." Wonderful lady. If somebody reading this knows of whom this attendant is, please direct her attention to this review so her name can be associated with this. A small thank you for great customer service!!!

Tammi and Sean are great! They keep the place clean and sanitized. Super friendly and on the ball with drinks and food... All this and the best drink prices in the entire area.

This Dotty's location has employees that provide exceptional customer service and they make visiting this store well worth the stay and play experience. Each team member exceeded my expectations and showed genuine interest in making sure your visit and/stay was grand. A very well maintained & clean facility. As busy as this place can get, its still amazes me how they find time to keep the restrooms what i call sparkling shine clean and the store front free from trash. Management is doing a great job keeping these star employees coming back and truly loving what they do. Kudos to all employees who love working here and treating guests with positive attitude and genuine smiles!!!
