My home location is Carlsbad and today I decided to go to the Encinitas Location because I had business nearby and thought it would be great to get an adjustment there. Dr. Ray did awesome adjustment, found all my problem spots and and got them moving. Ive been a member almost three years now Dr. Ray and also Dr. Salmon are amazing at their craft.

Before I decided to come to the joint, I was told I had arthritis and that I needed chiropractic treatment. I started going to the joint because of their incredible prices. And at first I was nervous, but as I kept going I built trust and feel 100% better than I do every time I come in! Dr. Ray is amazing at making sure I am warmed up and relaxed before he does the adjustments. Both doctors in the Encinitas location are amazing. (Having trouble remembering the woman doctor) but she is incredible too. Highly recommend the Joint for its practitioners. I’ve always had a great experience.

I felt pressured by their front desk staff to sign up for a membership that would have me coming in and getting adjusted twice a week, which is way more often than any healthy person my age should be getting adjusted. Adjusting that often can do more harm than good. I wrote a review online about this experience, and later received a phone call from someone representing The Joint Chiropractic. The person I spoke to on the phone called because of my review and told me I “had a bad doctor” and that was the reason they tried to pressure me into a membership. To me, this was clearly a lie, because the adjustment itself that I received was fine. Multiple people at the front desk and the doctor tried to convince me to purchase a membership, it was clear that they were trying to make a sale and that their supervisor had instructed them to try to make these sales and get people to come in and get adjusted more than their bodies actually need, for profit of course. I no longer trust this company/brand and will never return to any location. The entire experience was off putting and uncomfortable. It seems like they care more about sales and profit than people’s health.

You will not automatically receive the same chiropractor for each of your adjustments. We make our doctor schedules available so that if you find a doctor you prefer, you can stop by when they are at The Joint for an adjustment.
Yes, our chiropractors can adjust children of all ages, including infants and toddlers. We have discounted pricing on plans for those under 18.
Our clinic is an open adjustment room, so we do not have private rooms for our chiropractic adjustments. Further privacy in order to discuss issues of a medical nature will always be accomodated. You will remain fully clothed for the duration of your adjustment, so we recommend wearing comfortable clothes.
At The Joint Chiropractic, we aim to get you efficiently adjusted and back to your busy day. As a returning patient, your chiropractic adjustment will last approximately 5-10 minutes.
New patient experiences at The Joint Chiropractic should last approximately 20-30 minutes. This includes completing initial paperwork, a consultation, exam, and adjustment.
The Joint can provide chiropractic adjustments for our pregnant patients. One of the most important times for a woman to receive chiropractic care is during her pregnancy.
The Joint specializes in routine chiropractic adjustments, and therefore we do not offer massage therapy. Our chiropractors can provide manual adjustments to help you with your current condition.

We do not accept insurance. We are dedicated to making chiropractic adjustments accessible to everyone, and therefore we keep our prices lower than most co pays, eliminating the need to accept insurance.
Yes!. All of our chiropractic clinics are open on Saturday, and some are open on Sunday as well. The Joint Chiropractic is also open in the evening, so you can stop by after work when most clinics are closed for an adjustment.
No! We are a walk-in chiropractic clinic, so you can drop by for an adjustment when it is most convenient for you. However, we recommend giving us a call before your first visit to learn the best time to come as a new patient. Some locations do not accept new patients within the hour before closing, and some offer the option of appointments for new patients if you would like.
They gave me coupons for the free visits. Ask them for that. Then if you have a coupon they know it's a free visit for you. They will never remember otherwise.
