PetSmart staff are very friendly, though I wish there were more of them throughout the store, however, this is an issue EVERYWHERE, unfortunately!!! If you have a new puppy/dog (not sure about other pets) make sure to take advantage of their coupons (I assume they still have)... They will help you get EVERYTHING you need (bed, leash, collar, etc., etc) using a coupon book you can continue to use, it saves you a bunch of $$$!!

Bought a cup of wax worms. Got home to feed my spider, and they were all dead. Can't /really/ blame the store for me not checking to make sure the feeders were alive before I dropped money to buy them. Otherwise, a good experience

I really enjoy shopping at this store, and I do so frequently for supplies for my dog. However, when I brought him here for grooming, the experience was not pleasant. The grooming staff were not kind and had quite the attitude when I picked up my dog. The groomer scoffed and laughed when she heard me say my dog's name upon my arrival to pick him up. This attitude continued while she told me about the grooming session. The haircut looks good, but I will not be back due to the poor attitude and unprofessionalism I was shown.

My sweet girl was in boarding for 8 days. It was a rough week for her, luckily she had the care from the hotel and Banfield (where her Dr is) they took such good care of her and made me feel like she was in good hands. My girl had anxiety and they were there to help her out. We can't thank you enough for taking such good care of her.
