Ordered online so order would be ready when I arrived. I got to the restaurant at the time quoted for pickup. I got in line at the drive-thru pick up window with 1 family ahead. After waiting for 10 minutes with no advancement, I parked and went inside. After the customer in front of me placed her order, I told the employee that I was there to pickup an online order. The employee shouted my name and pointed toward the register. I awkwardly moved down. I was completely ignored for a few minutes as the other workers were filling other orders. Finally after roughly 10 minutes I was given my order. When I got home and opened my sandwich, it was made incorrectly. Will never patronize this location again.

Waited and waited for order to be taken or for our party of two to even be acknowledged (there were 6 people working behind the counter). Once we were acknowledged we were told to move to the other end of the counter once we were ready to order. Rudely I might add considering we were standing under the ORDER HERE sign for maybe 10 minutes. The placed was PACKED so they may have been doing the best they knew how. One smile could have gone a long way during the wait. Train your folks to acknowledge their customers sooner and friendlier. Not one single smile in there tonight. Where's Undercover Boss when you need them? Food managed to be as good as always though. Kudos for that!

Great experience so far! Come in & the young lady at the register was very detailed on what we wanted.. my girlfriend is pregnant and she asked for a cookie as well and she suggested putting it through the oven. She said it would make it even better and she was so right! It added a crunch to the outside with the sweet softness in the middle.. the subs came out looking fresh and amazing and the taste is off the charts! The only small downfall is it's a little cold in here but truth be told it's 20' outside and we're sitting at a table near the door so my queen can sit comfortable while she's pregnant..
