Worst experience of my life, I returned a packaged that was delivered to the wrong address and they tried charging me a 6$ convenience fee over their mistake. This place is laughable and embarrassing and I will never come here again…

So this is hard for me to write. I really loved this place until my experience today.. which makes me never want to come back. The saddest part about it, is she was the MANAGER! I came in today to give them my business, as per every week, but to my surprise someone else was working. She told me she wouldn’t put one piece of tape on my box unless I paid her $2, or bought my own tape. Can you believe that? And then, she said she had to charge me $2 since my box was 1.01 lbs with a pre paid packing label!! Nobody that’s worked there BUT THIS RUDE manager woman has EVER told me I had to pay for a small piece of tape for a box I’m choosing to ship thru this business to provide them with my business. What a shame. Seriously. I loved it here until I had to take my boxes and walk out. This would be 5 stars, but now I’m afraid I won’t be returning. And a side note, when I walked in, she was sitting on the floor on her phone. Plan on contacting the owner or this business to say my words.

I went to get information and as soon as I walked in, I was uncomfortable. The girls did not greet me and the manager was the rudest one. Well, I let that go and opened a mailing address because i needed that location. A couple days later I went to ask a questions. Manager interrupted me before I could finish and said...."read your contract" and was rude and started to walk away. I paid in full for a year and I can't believe the customer service. The worst I have ever experienced. My Fiance went there to sign paper work and said some man came in and closed it. (Needless to say, there is only 2 people authorized on my box). My Fiance argued with her and said we don't have one and changed her story to I cancelled. Anyway, long story short, she let someone else cancel it and insisted on we had a different number. If I didn't need this particular location, I would have taken a loss and take my business elsewhere. THE RUDEST AND MOST UNFRIENDLY EMPLOYEES.
