Very disappointed with this store. My fiancée ordered a ring from this CA Kay store and they issued the wrong size and diamond fit. They made the ring and wedding band 2 sizes too big! (We would find out in NY once the ring arrived there) We initially went and were helped by Shannon, who I believe is whom my fiancé placed the order with. They ring was then sent to NY to have the stone set there. After my mother went to the NY store (the ring was shipped here so that our jeweler could set the stone), and spent over an hour trying to get a solution, they agreed to fix the ring. They ended up doing a HORRIBLE job of fixing the ring (cutting it down because it was 2 sizes to big). They clearly did a botch job and you could see the ring was not really round as well as different metals was visible. My mother had to go outside of Kay to have the ring fixed properly. The ring now lots incredible, but we had to pay extra to have the ring fixed properly and look like a beautiful ring in the correct size. My fiancé also ordered the wedding band and I suspect we will have to fix it with an outside jeweler as Kay issued the wrong size. I feel bad at knowing all the stress both my mother and fiancée had to go through to get me a beautiful ring, also the additional expenses as a result of Kay CA store issuing the incorrect size! Smh.

Not a lot to say…I went to buy a black diamond ring and a matching band. There was a more expensive ugly as hell ring, and a nicer yet cheaper ring. The seller said, I must say though this ring is more expensive, its not as cute as the other. Since that moment…I’ve been sold. Good hard working peeps there. No complaints!

I opened a credit card here and purchased a necklace and pendant. I found the perfect items, was approved for 12 months interest-free financing, and cashed out. The saleswoman placed my receipt in the bag and I didn't think anything of it. Yesterday, I received my card in the mail with instructions to activate it and access my account online. At that point, I went online and opened up my statement. I saw that I was charged for two things called "Danny". Each was $13.99 and I am pretty positive they were for the little stuffed animals they sell to raise money for charity. I did not purchase any of those, and I didn't take any home with me. Not that $13.99 is a ton of money, but I shouldn't be charged for items I didn't want or receive. To top it off, I saw in the document where it tells you to look for how much time you have to pay off the purchase for deferred interest. Mine had nothing there. So, I called the credit card phone number and asked them about it. They confirmed I did not receive 12 months interest-free financing like I was told. Now, I have to go back and see if they will do a return and repurchase with the 12 months deferred interest (which I was already supposed to get), and to see if I can get a refund for the two stuffed animals I never bought. If they aren't willing to do that, I have to file a dispute. Such a simple purchase has really turned into a hassle. If this wasn't a gift for somebody, I would have already returned it and stopped all business with this place.

Went to a few different places. Some had higher priced items, some lower. The very nice and professional lady there did a great job of trying to understand what I was after. It was Valentine's day and I was a little unsure of what I was doing. I really liked her suggestions and found the perfect gift. It was a bit like a pre engagement ring, which sounds a little silly when you say but it was perfect and the ring is rather non flashy but when you look at it more closely, it has a real Wow factor. Thanks 😊
